Research Grant for Bullying Research

Dr Alfredo Rodríguez Muñoz (principal investigator; Complutense University of Madrid), Prof. Ana Sanz Vergel (Norwich University), and Prof. Arnold Bakker (Erasmus University) received a research grant of 35000 euro for their project, entitled "Inter- and intra-individual effects of workplace bullying: A multilevel and longitudinal study among couples." Congratulations!

Who Am I?

I'm a professor of Organizational Psychology with an international focus. I work at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Lingnan University in Hong Kong. My research interests include positive organizational psychology, the Job Demands - Resources model, job crafting, burnout, and the work-family interface.
