I'm a professor of Organizational Psychology with an international focus. I work at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Lingnan University in Hong Kong. My research interests include positive organizational psychology (e.g., work engagement, organizational citizenship behavior, flow, job performance), the Job Demands - Resources model, job crafting, burnout, and the work-family interface. I am particularly interested in organizational psychological processes - how engagement at work develops over time, from day to day, week to week, and from month to month.
