Best paper award Resource Exchange

Our PhD student Marijntje Zeijen wins best paper award, 2017 Dutch conference for Organizational Psychologists. Her paper (co-authored by Pareskevas Petrou and Arnold Bakker) shows how co-workers exchange resources on a daily basis. Marijntje used experience sampling methodology and smartphones to investigate the consequences of resource exchange. Congrats!
