Best Dissertation Award

Kimberley Breevaart has won the WAOP Best Dissertation Award 2016. The award was presented to Kimberley during the WAOP 2016 conference at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam by Marijntje Zeijen. The dissertation entitled "Engaging Leadership" reports about a series of survey and daily diary studies on the impact of transformational leadership on follower work engagement and performance (supervsiors: Prof. Bakker & Prof. Demerouti).
 
 

Who Am I?

I'm a professor of Organizational Psychology with an international focus. I work at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Lingnan University in Hong Kong. My research interests include positive organizational psychology, the Job Demands - Resources model, job crafting, burnout, and the work-family interface.
