Center of Excellence for Positive Organizational Psychology

The board of Erasmus University has decided to start a new Center of Excellence for Positive Organizational Psychology, lead by Prof. Arnold Bakker. The center will provide an international master of positive organizational psychology, and is currently the home for a dozen PhD students who work on topics such as job crafting, creativity, momentary work engagement, strengths use, emotional intelligence, team work engagement, physiology of task engagement, corporate entrepreneurship, daily transformational leadership, work-family balance, resilience, and prosocial motivation.
