Engagement Findings in Chile

Fundacion Chile conducted research with the Job Demands - Resources Questionnaire in Chilean companies. The JD-R questionnaire tracks the level of work engagement (vigor, dedication, and absorption), as well as the most important drivers of engagement and its consequences. Interested? Who Am I?

I'm a professor of Organizational Psychology with an international focus. I work at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Lingnan University in Hong Kong. My research interests include positive organizational psychology, the Job Demands - Resources model, job crafting, burnout, and the work-family interface.
