JD-R research among Chilean companies
Prof. Dr. Arnold Bakker and Prof. Dr. Evangelia Demerouti have started a new collaboration with Fundacion Chile. In this new project, Fundacion Chile invites South American companies to become involved in an innovative employee engagement project. The project starts with the measurement of work engagement and its most important predictors and consequences using a validated version of the Job Demands - Resources questionnaire. Companies receive feedback about their most important job demands and resources, and find out what the levers of engagement are. Find more about this project at this website.
